How to keep the Windows Safer
The best way of keeping your Windows safer is by not keeping the any password in user>Administrator. If we keep any password in administrator then there would be a lmhash which would be easier to be cracked by any means. But if we donot keep any password then who will block you being secured. Because windows doesn’t provide access for the blank password.
But for the enabling of the enabling of blank password we can do the following actions:
- Open Run and type “gpedit.msc”.
- In it goto Computer Configuration>Windows Settings>Security Settings>Local Policy>Security Options
- And The Accounts: Limit local account use of blank password to console logon only
- Set it to Enabled.
Then you can do the access. So in your computer donot follow such action so that no one can get easy access to your computer. Hence you can be secured from being passed.
Not using password for security? Are you kidding. This is not the proper way to manage security. I think your point is only to avoid other host to connect to your PC right.
Anyway this is a bad practise bro.
Yes, Not using password is the most secured. By this other people:
-cannot access your telnet.
-cannot access your “Run As”.
-cannot access your “Remote Desktop Connection”.
More there that they cannot access without password. That is why I say windows is much safer without using password.
